How is teaching at The Salt Mine different?

We are very passionate about instructors making the money they deserve. Because we know teaching requires more energy than just showing up to teach. Instructors at The Salt Mine are their own bosses who run their movement arts business in our space. There are 2 options available for teaching at The Salt Mine:

• Contracted instructors with minimum of 1 weekly class on our schedule.

• Visiting instructors rent the space by the hour to hold their class/workshop.

Rent includes the space, apparatuses, scheduling software, collaboration with The Salt Mine on promoting classes/workshops. All instructors create their curriculum, set pricing, and manage their class schedule.

Safety is sexy so we require our contracted instructors to be certified in an approved industry training on the apparatus they are teaching with. Reach out to get a list of approved certification programs.
