Remember our #1 rule: DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE
INCLUSION STATEMENT
The Salt Mine is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, social class, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, or age. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited, both in our studio and online spaces.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each of our instructors operates their own business within The Salt Mine, so cancellation policies may vary. However, to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we have a baseline policy in place:
Cancellation Deadline: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.
Refunds: If you’ve paid your instructor and cancel within their specified timeframe, they will issue a refund unless their policy states otherwise.
No-Show/No-Pay Policy: If you do not attend a class you’ve booked and fail to pay the instructor, it will be noted on your student profile. Repeated no-show/no-pay behavior may result in your account being blacklisted, preventing you from booking future classes.
Classes at The Salt Mine are often limited in size, and missed bookings cost instructors valuable income. Please respect our community by showing up, paying for your reserved spot, or canceling within the appropriate timeframe.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
Prioritize your health and safety during every class.
Inform your instructor of any current injuries or medical conditions that may impact your participation.
Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine to ensure it is safe for you.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
The Salt Mine shares restrooms with Rise4, but any policies specific to Rise4 are separate and not covered here.
We welcome feedback from all members of our community. If you experience or witness behavior that conflicts with our inclusion or safety standards, please notify us immediately.
